James Apodaca

James founded his first business, Apodaca Package System, Inc, in 2003 when he began contracting with FedEx Ground to deliver packages in the Knoxville, TN area. Over the years he has worked tirelessly to expand the business and be a leader in safety and customer service. James has been awarded the FedEx Ground Entrepreneur of the Year on a District and Regional level on two occasions as well as receiving numerous Contractor of the Month Awards on a local level.

He leverages his extensive background in transportation and positive leadership style to build oustanding teams and continuously position the organization for long-term, sustainable growth.

Jordan Keen

Jordan started his logistics career in 2005 with FedEx Ground in Cincinnati, Ohio. The majority of his time at FedEx Ground was spent in operations and while also serving in corporate positions. During his years at FedEx Jordan finished his business degree at Liberty University and gained extensive training in business, operational best practices, and leadership.

Mr. Keen co-founded The Apodaca Group in November of 2015 with James Apodaca were he severed as Principle and Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. He was tasked with growing our company, establishing strong administrative and operational processes to support expansion, and perform the strategic planning necessary for success. Jordan was voted in as President of The Apodaca Group in April of 2021.

Principle, Vice President of Safety & Compliance

Van Dunn

Van Dunn joined the TAG Logistics, Inc. team in April 2016 after more than 25 years at FedEx Ground. Dunn, who has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, serves as Vice President of West Region Operations and is continuously working to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure exemplary client satisfaction. He now is serving as the Vice President of Safety and Compliance and ensure that our number one investment is in safety.

For over five years, Dunn served as District Manager for Contractor Relations at FedEx Ground in Nashville, Tenn., where he was responsible for independent service providers. There, he ensured consistent, interpretation, implementation and administration of the FedEx Ground operating agreements.

His time in Nashville followed a period as Senior Manager for Contractor Relations in Charlotte, N.C. from 2006 to 2011, where he had similar responsibilities.

Prior to that, Dunn was the Senior Manager at FedEx Ground in Greenville, N.C. for nearly 10 years, where he comprehensively managed daily operations. During his tenure in Greenville, he and his terminal earned numerous awards from the company.

Dunn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Transportation and Logistics from the University of North Florida.
